Complesso are recruiting on behalf of our sister company, Karisa Training. Karisa Training have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainer to join our team based in our offices in Wolverhampton. Karisa Training is a leading provider of face-to-face training in the West Midlands and is seeking to add the right trainer to our team to continue our growth plan into 2026.
Training will be held at our training Centre based in Wolverhampton, but you will be required to travel to various locations in the Midlands to deliver mandatory and specialist adult and children's courses as and when required.
OverviewDuties include:
- Delivering engaging and effective training to employees in the Healthcare Sector
- Delivering and providing assessment and supporting staff working in various specialities
- Completing various training across various locations in the West Midlands area
- Delivering mandatory and specialist adult and children's courses as and when required
- To deliver inspiring and interactive face-to-face training sessions to groups of learners and maintaining accurate training records and assessments in line with industry standards
- Contribute to ongoing course development including updating of curriculum and improving learner experience
28 days holiday, travel expenses, training opportunities, Monday - Friday - 35 hours (09:00 - 17:00)
Qualifications- GCSE English and Maths to Grade C or above
- A teaching qualification including AET, PTTLS, CTTLS is essential for the role
- A1 Assessor's Aware, D32/33 TAQA is preferred but not essential
- Hold a Health & Social Care qualification - ideally level 3 or above
- Have occupational experience with Health & Social Care
- Have at least 1 year's experience delivering training
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to promote a positive learning environment that supports staff development and the ability to embed a strong training culture
- A First Aid qualification would be advantageous
- Awareness of Oliver McGowan training would be advantageous
- Enhanced DBS preferred however this can be organised
- Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint and Teams
- Right to work in the UK without needing Sponsorship
