The Role
We are looking for a commercially minded and hands-on Finance Business Partner to play a key role in developing and strengthening the finance function at Compleo Health. This role will take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, commercial finance support, audit management, and BI development across the business. Working closely with operational teams and finance leadership, the successful candidate will help improve financial visibility, reporting capability, and business performance insight across the organisation. The role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced SME environment and enjoys combining operational finance responsibilities with business partnering, commercial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Deliver financial analysis, variance reporting, and KPI insight.
- Support pricing analysis, tenders, and commercial decision-making.
- Assess financing options for new equipment and support investment decision-making.
- Lead external audit coordination, statutory reporting, and financial controls.
- Lead the development of Power BI dashboards and operational reporting tools.
- Improve reporting automation, financial visibility, and data quality.
- Support the ongoing development of Dynamics 365 Business Central and reporting systems.
- Review and improve finance processes and workflows.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Experience in finance business partnering, financial controlling, or commercial finance.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Experience with BI tools and reporting development (Power BI preferred).
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP system) advantageous.
- Commercially aware with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a hands-on SME environment.
