As our services continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking CT Clinical Lead to join our team and play a key role in the development and delivery of high-quality CT imaging across our national services.
The Role
As CT Clinical Lead, you will work alongside our Clinical Applications Manager to support and strengthen our CT services across the UK. This hybrid role combines hands-on clinical practice with leadership and service development. You will play a key role in training and supporting radiographers, improving clinical protocols, and ensuring compliance with IRMER and other regulatory frameworks. This is an exciting opportunity for an advanced practice radiographer with a strong background in CT – particularly cardiac CT – who is passionate about developing services and driving clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance across Compleo Health’s CT services
- Lead radiographer training, onboarding, and clinical development
- Drive the implementation and improvement of CT protocols, ensuring consistency and quality across services
- Support the launch and development of new CT services, working with operational and clinical teams
- Ensure compliance with IRMER, health and safety legislation, and all regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of care
- Act as a point of contact for clinical queries and provide ongoing support to radiographers in the field
What We Are Looking For
- HCPC-registered radiographer with the Right to Work in the UK
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in CT at advanced practice level
- Cardiac CT experience is essential
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and regulatory compliance (including IRMER)
- Excellent communication, teaching, and IT skills
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to work nationally and flexibly as part of a mobile and growing team
- Full UK driving licence
