Are you someone who wants to support the physical development of Scotland’s future players? If so, we would love to hear from you! We are looking for an experienced and accredited Athletic Performance Coach to join the team in the Caledonia region, where you will coach, educate, and provide support to our pathway players on all areas of strength & conditioning.

What you will be doing:

  • Plan and deliver a research‑backed athletic development program for high‑potential players in the region
  • Lead the design and implementation of player monitoring and assessment protocols in line with national standards
  • Play an active role in promoting best practices in Athletic Performance throughout the performance pathway
  • Educate players on key lifestyle and performance‑enhancing habits including nutrition, recovery, sleep, goal setting, and lifestyle management—to help them thrive on and off the field

What we’re looking for:

  • A relevant degree in Sports Science is essential, a Master’s would be advantageous
  • Current UKSCA accreditation
  • A recognised qualification in Nutrition, or ISAK Level 1 accreditation would be beneficial
  • UKAD educator experience is desirable
  • At least 3 years’ experience of coaching in an Academy set up or similar elite athletic performance environment
