The role
You’ll be part of a collaborative coaching team delivering programs that represent Manchester City’s coaching philosophy and standards. Working across a range of ages and abilities, you’ll help inspire the next generation of players while continuing to develop your own coaching identity.

Your impact
You will:
- Deliver coaching sessions aligned with Manchester City’s philosophy, methodology and principles
- Support lead staff before, during and after program delivery
- Contribute to session reviews and continuous improvement of programs
- Work collaboratively to ensure programs meet expected standards
- Support local and regional activations across the Middle East
- Represent Manchester City with professionalism on and off the pitch
What we’re looking for
- Membership of a recognised FA (or international equivalent)
- Experience coaching in a football environment
- Strong communication skills and a desire to learn and improve
- Experience working with players from diverse backgrounds
- Education in sports coaching or teaching
- Hold relevant safeguarding training (or willingness to obtain at the earliest opportunity)
