Our client, a long-established leader in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality natural ingredients, is seeking a Dispatcher to join their warehouse operations team. This is a highly active and hands-on role, suited for someone reliable, detail-focused, and experienced in logistics and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and palletise finished goods for customer dispatch
- Ensure all goods are correctly labelled, securely wrapped, strapped, and packed to specification
- Load goods onto the correct couriers for shipment via road, sea, and air
- Understand and follow international shipping requirements, labelling regulations, and courier standards (advantageous)
- Follow customer-specific packing and dispatch instructions with precision
- Load and unload delivery vehicles using a Forklift Truck (FLT)
- Accurately complete dispatch paperwork and ensure traceability
- 3-5 years' experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment
- FLT licence and hands-on experience essential
- Trained in handling and shipping hazardous goods
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in labelling and packaging
- Strong ability to follow procedures and work independently
- Good time management and ability to meet dispatch deadlines
- Physically fit and comfortable in a demanding warehouse setting
