First Call Contract Services are looking for 3.5T van drivers for our well-known client in Sunderland. To be accepted in this role you must have held a full UK driving licence for at least one year, be able to drive a 3.5T van, and have no more than 6 points on your licence. This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate and an immediate start is available.
Your duties will involve driving to customer houses, delivering flat pack furniture across the region and surrounding areas alongside a Driver's Mate who will manage customer communication and organisation. Duties include loading, unloading and delivery to the customer's room of choice. You must be comfortable with heavy lifting.
- Start times 06:00am-14:30pm or 13:30pm-22:00pm Monday to Friday
- Delivering flatpack furniture to residential customers
- Between 15 and 27 deliveries per shift
- Physically capable as heavy lifting will be involved
Pay rate: £12.71ph PAYE
