Royal Mail Post Person Driver - Chesterfield

We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to work for Royal Mail as a Delivery Operative. Pay rates from £13.37 per hour. The role of Royal Mail Delivery Operative is based in Chesterfield.

You don\'t need any experience, but you do require a Full UK Manual Driving License; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role! Shifts for Royal Mail Collection Operative (Must be flexible with your hours):

  • Hours: Must be flexible to work between 7am-8pm, Mon-sun

Pay For Royal Mail Collection Operative

  • £13.37 per hour
  • Paid weekly

Main Duties Of Royal Mail Delivery Operative

  • Sortation of round prior to departure
  • Vehicle checks
  • Driving manual vehicle to delivery locations or working on foot
  • Delivering letters and small parcels to home and business addresses

About You

You must hold a valid UK manual Driving License. No more than 6 points for minor offences (No IN, DD, DR). Happy to drive a company issued vehicle or work on foot. Be physically fit. Happy to work outside in all weather conditions.

Please note: You will be required to complete the Royal Mail Vetting Process which includes a basic DBS check paid for by you.
