Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidates to work for Royal Mail as a Royal Mail Delivery Operative with pay rates from Β£13.07 per hour. The role of Royal Mail Delivery Operative is based in Huntingdon. You do not need any experience, but you do require a Full UK Manual Driving Licence; we offer full support for you to succeed in your role. Shifts
- Hours: Must be flexible to work between 11:30-19:30, Mon-Sun
Pay
- Β£13.37 per hour β Overtime after 40 hours @ Β£16.33. Bank holiday rate Β£19.59
- Paid weekly
Main Duties
- Sortation of round prior to departure
- Vehicle checks
- Driving manual vehicle to delivery locations or working on foot
- Delivering letters and small parcels to home and business addresses
About You / Qualifications
- You must hold a valid UK manual Driving Licence
- No more than 6 points for minor offences (No IN, DD, DR)
- Happy to drive a company issued vehicle or work on foot
- Be physically fit
- Happy to work outside in all weather conditions
- PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to complete the Royal Mail Vetting Process which includes a basic DBS check paid for by you
