Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback, guidance, and support to meet operational goals. Conduct performance reviews and facilitate training and development to improve skills and productivity.
Up-time Management: Ensure up-time targets are met consistently, working closely with the team to resolve any issues that may cause delays or disruptions.
Market Impact Analysis: Understand the impact of team tasks on the broader market, ensuring operations align with business objectives and market demands.
Problem-Solving: Proactively address and resolve operational challenges, making adjustments as needed to maintain smooth operations.

About You
- 1-3 years of professional work experience; ideally 1+ year of experience within an Operations position, office management, or administrative role
- Experience leading teams or groups preferred

- Familiarity in Google Work-space (formerly G Suite)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Willingness to learn, a great attitude, and the ability to work well with others – teamwork is key to success!
