We have an exciting opportunity to work for a nationally recognised logistics business, considered to be a leader in its field, based in a brand‑new warehouse with excellent welfare facilities. Pay rates up to £15.41 per hour depending on shifts and further training to operate a Flexi Truck. The role of Counterbalance driver is based in Rugby. You will be expected to hold a current Counterbalance licence, but you do not need any experience; we offer full support and training for you to succeed in your role.

Shifts for Counterbalance:
- Training 8 am to 5 pm
- 4 on 4 off shift rota
- 12‑hour shifts, days and nights
Pay:
- Up to £15.41 per hour, dependent on shift and level of training completed
- Paid weekly
Main duties:
- Utilise pick lists to accurately locate and pick items from designated warehouse locations.
- Operate machinery and vehicles safely and efficiently to handle and store goods.
- Conduct daily checks and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet operational targets and deadlines.
Please be aware that a 5 year checkable work history will be required, and DBS and financial checks will be applied for.
