Head of Operations at Compello Automotive
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Reservations Team here at Compello.
Our Head Office is based in Leicester and the role is hybrid/remote.
Responsibilities
- To ensure enquiries are converted into bookings
- To ensure inbound calls are answered and queries dealt with effectively
- To ensure SLAs are adhered to, in line with business and customer requirements
- To build relationships with key customer & supplier accounts
- To ensure systems are updated with notes, correct booking details, including groups, rental period, and additional charges
- To retain strong relationships with suppliers
- To ensure paperwork is sent out, signed and returned in an accurate and timely manner
- To help support in producing and sending the daily, weekly and monthly reports
- To support change within the business
Skills
Ability to learn quickly and retain knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work unsupervised
Confident in a customer facing environment
Ability to identify and solve problems
Ability to work with IT systems
Experience
Ideally, but not essential, knowledge and understanding of the rental market.
Ideally, but not essential, at least 2 years’ experience in a telesales environment.
