Compco Fire Systems seeks a Head of Finance to lead all financial operations, drive budgeting, reporting, auditing and planning, and advise senior leaders on fiscal strategy. You will recruit, mentor and support the Accounts Team and partner with managers to promote robust financial management across the business.
You will oversee monthly close, cash flow, financial controls, and compliance, while providing strategic financial visibility to enable growth and informed decisions.
