Our Clerk of Works will be responsible for monitoring work carried out on Compco sites to ensure compliance and quality of projects.

What you’ll be doing:
- Carry out regular inspections on construction and Compco sites.
- Conduct project internal audits.
- Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards, identifying any issues.
- Maintain detailed records of all inspections, including photographs, reports and non-compliance issues.
- Ensure measurements and material usage follow initial plans.
- Report findings to construction/project managers.
- Mark up drawings detailing site changes.
- Monitor site health and safety practices and report any issues to the SHE Manager.
- Participate in the delivery of staff training.
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in inspecting or supervising construction/engineering works.
- NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent in mechanical/building services/fire protection (or relevant trade background).
- Hold a valid CSCS White/Black card or be working towards industry accredited qualification to secure one.
- Knowledge of quality assurance, inspection techniques and defect management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Driving License.
This role requires the successful candidate to be within commuting distance to our Worcester Office: Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
