Our Site Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our sprinkler projects from beginning to completion. What you'll be doing:
- Maintain Project & H&S paperwork being undertaken on a weekly basis; includes small tool inspections, MEWP/plant Inspections, test sheets and completion certificates.
- Induction and supervision of all operatives, including checking of skill cards, operatives' abilities and timesheets.
- Carry out daily briefings & putting operatives to work.
- Attendance at daily / weekly / monthly Client site meetings.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Monitor progress and quality of installation.
- Maintain client relationships.
- Order necessary materials for the site, ensuring they are stored correctly, and stock levels are maintained.
- Report changes/progress to the Project Manager and Client - record changes through photographs and marked drawings.
What you'll need:
- Previous experience in a Site Supervisor role.
- Sprinkler/Mechanical/Electrical background is preferred.
- Good Organizational Skills, including ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Track record of successful project completion.
- Valid UK Driving License and Reliable Transportation.
- Must have CSCS card and SMSTS / SSSTS qualification.
