Our Assistant Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work closely with our eclectic team of experienced Quantity Surveyors at our Dudley Port Office. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Conduct site visits to gather & record necessary commercial & contractual information.
  • Create project documentation for Quality Assurance compliance.
  • Assist in managing cash flow and the identification, management & preparation of financial variations.
  • Support the monitoring and reporting of project progress and expenditures.
  • Provide administrative support in connection with all QS functions.
  • Build and maintain customer confidence.
  • Develop an understanding of Compco's services and all relevant standards and codes of practice.

What You'll Need:

  • An advance level or degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

This is an office-based role and would require the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor to attend Monday-Friday at Unit 100-400 Vaughan Trading Estate, Sedgley Road East, Tipton, DY4 7UJ.
