Role

Summary: This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for driving Fire Safety, Building Safety, Health b) Management of Health c) CDM Regulations 2015; d) Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007; e) Relevant Approved Codes of Practice and guidance.

Conduct audits, inspections and assurance reviews across the portfolio.

Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain risk management programmes and safe systems of work.

Provide expert advice to operational teams on complex health and safety matters.

Business Continuity b) Utility failures; c) Flooding; d) Severe weather events; e) Security incidents; f) Cyber-related disruptions impacting operations.

Ensure lessons learned are embedded into future planning and response activities.

Drive alignment with ISO 22301 principles and recognised resilience frameworks.

Essential

Experience: Minimum five years' senior-level experience in Fire Safety, Building Safety or Health Nest Pension Scheme; Cycle to Work Scheme; Company Sick Pay.

Location: This role requires regular travel across multiple locations from a central office base.
