Company Overview:

We are a dynamic and growing Build to Rent (BTR) company, with an expanding portfolio of properties across the UK and Ireland. As we continue to scale our operations, we are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our leasing and property teams in enhancing our online presence and driving engagement across various digital platforms.

Role Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing strategies across a range of platforms. The primary focus will be on content creation, social media advertising, email marketing, and HubSpot automation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content (blog posts, social media updates, property listings, newsletters, etc.) that highlights our properties, brand, and services.
  • Social Media Management: Assist with the management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) by creating, scheduling, and monitoring posts to engage with potential residents, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Paid Social Advertising: Help implement and manage paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube), ensuring that ad creatives, targeting, and performance are optimized.
  • Email Marketing: Support the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns (newsletters, property alerts, corporate updates), including copywriting, design, and segmentation.
  • HubSpot Marketing Automation: Assist in the setup and management of automated marketing workflows and email campaigns within HubSpot, as well as tracking and analysing key performance metrics.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, helping identify areas of improvement and optimisation.
  • Property & Corporate Marketing: Work alongside the Senior Marketing Executive to execute marketing campaigns for both individual properties and corporate brand awareness across digital platforms.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, property managers, and external agencies to ensure marketing activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Third Party Management: Work with our website and our internet listing sites to ensure our properties online brand and presence is promoted.
  • Competitor Marketing Analysis . Understand the market landscape, including technology and marketing trends, competitor leasing, and marketing strengths and weaknesses related to property management firms.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Educated to Degree Level in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications or equivalent industry experience
  • A passion for digital marketing with an interest in property management or real estate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital advertising (paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) and content management systems.
  • Experience or familiarity with HubSpot is highly desirable, including marketing automation and CRM.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing metrics.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Must be able to prepare on-target project deliverables without heavy supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting needs, evolving priorities, and urgent situations that arise.

Desirable Skills (not essential but beneficial):

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Canva etc.) for content creation.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics or other digital analytics tools.
  • Experience in the property or real estate sector is a plus.
  • Understanding of brand positioning and market research.
