We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Leasing Agent to join our centralised leasing team, with a base in our new high-end Central London property. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to further their career in the growing BTR industry, working for a company that is expanding its footprint in the UK and Ireland.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our premium residential units, conducting property tours and engaging with prospective residents to drive lease signings. Your focus will be on outbound sales, providing exceptional customer service, building relationships and maintaining a positive living environment for residents. Under the guidance of our corporate team you will help to implement marketing strategies, track leasing metrics and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong track record in sales, exceptional communication and influencing skills, and a clear ability to drive performance while enhancing the resident experience. Key Responsibilities
- Performance Management
- Outbound Sales: Conduct and lead sales activities through calls, texts, emails, and in-person interactions to generate leads and convert prospects into residents. Perform corporate outreach activities, hold open days and attend networking events to cultivate leads.
- Lead Management: Utilise our CRM system to manage and track leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.
- Viewings: Conduct in-person viewings as well as facilitate virtual property viewings, showcasing the features and benefits of our communities.
- Tenancy Administration Progression: Follow all the necessary steps to progress an application through the process from lead to lease, from applicant to resident.
- Sales Techniques
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate leads through various marketing strategies, networking, and community engagement.
- Follow-Up Communication: Maintain strong follow-up with leads to cultivate relationships and encourage lease signings, while effectively tracking interactions using HubSpot (CRM).
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about local rental market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to effectively position the property and adjust sales tactics.
- Sales Targets and KPIs: Take accountability for performance against targets, supporting underperformance and driving overall results.
- Customer Service
- Client relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with both corporate and residential clients, acting as a role model for the team.
- Resident Support: Deliver exceptional service to residents and prospects, while supporting the team in handling more complex queries or escalations.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and address potential challenges in the leasing process swiftly and effectively.
- Resident Relations & Renewals
- Resident Engagement: Foster a positive community environment through regular communication and events, ensuring residents feel valued and connected.
- Renewal Management: Proactively engaging with current residents to facilitate tenancy renewals.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Sales or customer service qualification, or equivalent experience in a sales environment where meeting and exceeding sales targets is a key KPI in their role. ARLA Level 3 Propertymark qualification (desirable).
- Skills and Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales environment in Build to Rent (BTR) sector, with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience (essential). Strong negotiation skills with experience in closing deals and managing renewals (essential).
- Knowledge of UK Lettings Industry: Good understanding of residential lettings legislation and compliance requirements (essential).
- Customer Service Excellence: Proven background in delivering exceptional customer service, with experience in resolving customer issues and enhancing customer satisfaction (essential).
- Multitasking and Priority Setting: Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising responsibilities to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration / Bonuses / Benefits
- Base salary: £35,000-£40,000 Depending on location and experience.

Working Hours
You will work on a rota which covers Monday – Sunday with some evening attendance required.
