Role Summary:
CompassRock is seeking candidates for the position of Centralised Leasing Coordinator. Due to the growing nature of the business, we are seeking to hire a highly organised and outgoing individual to help support our dynamic and fast paced leasing team. The role will report to the Manager of Leasing Strategy and Pricing.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Lease Progression: Oversee the entire tenancy application process across all properties from application submission to move-in appointment, having direct contact with the prospect to ensure a smooth transition for new residents. This process includes ensuring all statutory documentation has been sent to residents, overseeing the referencing process (including liaising with our referencing provider and prospects to ensure timely submission of documents) and that tenancy paperwork including tenancy agreements are accurate and created within a timely manner.
- Administration of documents: Support tenancy administrative processes, including creating tenancy agreements, addendums, deed of surrender, tenancy renewals, and other ad hoc legal notices (e.g., Section 21 notices) and liaising with prospects/ residents to ensure prompt signing of the documents.
- Renewals: Coordinate with the property manager on issuing renewal paperwork and serving section 13 notices.
- Lead Management and Outbound Sales Support: Overflow support for the leasing team by offering support in conducting sales activities through calls, texts, emails and in person interactions to generate leads and convert prospects to residents. Utilise our CRM system to manage and track leads effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.
- Viewing Support: During peak leasing season and whilst leasing agents are on annual leave, conduct in person or virtual viewings showcasing the features and benefits of our communities.
- Weekly and Monthly Reporting: Generating weekly and monthly reports for the Leasing Team.
- Record keeping/ Statutory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date systems and property records by updating document expiration dates in our property management system.
- General administration system set up: Offer general administration support for our property management systems to ensure accurate onboarding and upkeep of all properties.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail: Showcase demonstrated experience in previous projects or education where attention to detail was crucial for success.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook is required. Training on our property management systems will be provided.
- Customer Service: Demonstrate the importance of customer service through previous roles and provide examples of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong Communicator and Sales Support: Previous sales experience, preferably over the phone and in person.
- Interest in Property Management: While we do not require previous experience in BTR or property management, a keen interest in the industry and a desire to learn about the sector will help ensure success in the role.
- Qualifications: Due to the high degree of statutory requirements and responsibility, the successful candidate is expected to undertake IRPM qualifications within six months of starting the role.
- Communication: This role involves interaction with multiple properties and various roles within the organization, including leasing agents, property managers, accounting, and senior corporate personnel.
Experience:
- 1 plus years knowledge of property leasing.
- Good understanding of resident relations.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Base salary: Competitive

- 5-day working week (40 hours)
Location: London (Corporate Head Office) with adhoc requirement to be based at one of our properties on occasion.
