Responsibilities

  • Assisting with daily routines, including mornings, lunchtimes and evenings.
  • Providing personal care to those who require it.
  • Offering companionship and attending social activities such as museum trips, football matches, meals out and visits to the gym.
  • Preparing meals.
  • Assisting with medication.
  • Light cleaning and household duties.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Mental Health support work experience.
  • Kind nature, good communication, listening skills, willingness to learn.
  • Genuine desire to make a real difference in people’s lives.
  • Demonstrated "can do" attitude, person‑centred values, energy and commitment to providing an exceptional quality service.
  • Full clean driving licence and access to a car.
  • Full eligibility to work in the United Kingdom (Sponsorship not provided).
