About The Support Worker Role

As a Support Worker at Compassionate Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our clients. Our clients vary from the elderly to adults with learning difficulties and you will be offering a supportive ear, calm presence whilst still bringing an element of fun into their daily activities and needs. The role will be extremely varied, here’s a few ideas of what you might get up to:

  • Assisting with daily routines, including mornings, lunchtimes and evenings
  • Providing personal care to those who require it
  • Offering companionship and attending social activities such as museum trips, football matches, meals out and visits to the gym
  • Preparing meals
  • Assisting with medication
  • Light cleaning and household duties
