About the Support Worker Role
As a Support Worker at Compassionate Care Ltd, you will provide high‑quality, person‑centred support to our clients, helping them achieve greater independence and a better quality of life. The role involves caring for individuals ranging from the elderly to adults with learning difficulties, offering a supportive ear, calm presence, and a touch of fun in everyday activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily routines, including mornings, lunchtimes and evenings
- Provide personal care to those who require it
- Offer companionship and attend social activities such as museum trips, football matches, meals out and visits to the gym
- Prepare meals
- Assist with medication administration
- Perform light cleaning and household duties
