As a Support Worker at Compassionate Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our clients. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing their independence and quality of life, making a meaningful difference in their daily experiences. Our clients vary from the elderly to adults with learning difficulties and you will be offering a supportive ear, calm presence whilst still bringing an element of fun into their daily activities and needs. The role will be extremely varied, here’s a few ideas of what you might get up to:
- Assisting with daily routines, including mornings, lunchtimes and evenings
- Providing personal care to those who require it
- Offering companionship and attending social activities such as museum trips, football matches, meals out and visits to the gym
- Preparing meals
- Assisting with medication
- Light cleaning and household duties
