Compassionate Care is recruiting a Supported Living/Children’s home night shift Care Worker to join our team in the UK. This role involves 8pm–8am nights on a rolling 3 days on, 3 days off schedule. A full UK driving licence is essential and you must be over 25. Sleep-ins are paid at £50 per shift, with an hourly rate of £14.90.
You will support children and young people with complex needs, ensuring safety, dignity and positive outcomes while maintaining accurate records and care plans.
