Provide support and companionship to a 53‑year‑old male with Autism/Asperger’s living in his own beautiful home in the Knutsford area. No personal care responsibilities.
Working hours: 42 hrs including sleeps; 10am to 10am two days later; 2 on 6 off rolling rota.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the Client with his Autism/Asperger’s needs.
- Promoting and supporting personal interests.
- Assisting with medication.
- Arranging social activities in the home and in the local community.
- Promoting independence and helping the Client to live their best life.
- Male or Female.
- Previous work or personal experience of supporting individuals with mental health and autism is preferred but not essential.
- Natural sense of empathy and good common sense.
- Easy‑going personality and good sense of humour.
