Compassionate Care seeks a dedicated Support Worker to assist an adult with Autism/Asperger's in his own home in the Knutsford area. Shifts are 42 hours, including sleeps, on a rolling 2-on/6-off rota, starting at 10am. You’ll provide companionship, encourage activities, and promote independence.
The role requires empathy, excellent communication, and a driver with your own vehicle. No personal care is involved, but you’ll join in meals and daily activities with a calm, supportive presence.
