Compassion in Action are looking for a Business Administration Apprenticeship to join their growing family within a charity that has gone from strength to strength over 20 years. A customer reception facing opportunity to gain a pathway into Business and kickstart your career with a charity that advocates training and support.

For the past 20 years, Compassion in Action have met the needs of people in crisis with the provision of furniture, clothes, accommodation, skills training, education and advocacy. We take a whole person approach to care - helping people to live independently from total dependency. Compassion in Actions Community Village of Inclusion is centred around the charity's Patrick House headquarters in Leigh.

What You'll Do:

  • Taking and directing calls
  • Filing, accepting and delivering internal mail
  • Organising and maintaining reception area
  • Ordering supplies and keeping supplies stocked and accessible
  • Signing visitors in and out of the building
  • Arranging catering for internal meetings
  • Interacting with internal departments
  • Completing apprenticeship duties

Training Outcome: A full-time opportunity will be offered on completion of a successful apprenticeship. The business offers different roles within different departments if applicable at the time.
