The Role:
- Grading: A large part of this job is repetitive. You will spend 1 to 3 hours most mornings marking mock exams and assignments. Your marking will need to be accurate, fair, and fast.
- Answering Technical and Customer Queries: Providing expert-level support via email and phone.
- Course Development: Reviewing and refining our materials to ensure they are the best in the market.
- Closing Interviews: Handling the interview process for NEBOSH learners.
- Hosting Webinars: Presenting engaging, live sessions for our learners.
- Compliance and Record Keeping: Maintaining malpractice records and conducting course reviews.
- Essential Admin: Handling necessary paperwork that keeps the business moving.
What You Must Bring:
- Current or Former NEBOSH Examiner Status: This is a MUST.
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written English.
- Engagement: Ability to deliver webinars that keep people awake and interested.
- Reliability: Disciplined enough to manage a high volume of work remotely.

- Training Experience: 5+ years delivering IOSH and NEBOSH courses.
- Real-World H&S Management: 5+ years managing health and safety across various industries.
