As a Volunteer Administrator , you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) , ensuring that young people receive the right help, at the right time, in the right place .
You’ll provide essential administrative support to our dedicated practitioners, helping to manage referrals, treatment lists, and key business functions . From taking phone calls to assisting with service development , your contribution will directly enhance the impact of our mental health and wellbeing services.

About You
You’re a motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a busy office or customer service environment. With a keen ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our services.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised, with good administration and IT skills
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling digital tasks
