About Cover-More Europe
This role is part of our Cover-More Europe team. Cover-More Europe provides insurance solutions through a number of different customer-facing brands across travel, car hire, specialty, and pet sectors in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the rest of Europe. For more than twenty years, we have been delivering insurance policies through our distribution partnerships. What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of complex partner onboarding and business migration projects across Europe, ensuring successful implementation within agreed timelines and budget. Working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in transitioning and launching strategic insurance partnerships.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of partner onboarding and migration projects across Europe.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, IT, Finance, Legal, Operations, Customer Service, Risk and Compliance.
- Lead project governance activities, including status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure key business requirements are delivered, including due diligence, data protection assessments, IT security reviews, legal agreements and operational readiness.
- Facilitate internal and external project meetings, providing clear updates, action tracking and progress reporting.
- Identify project risks and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to business objectives.
- Provide post-implementation support and manage subsequent project activity as required.
- Drive a customer-focused approach, ensuring positive outcomes for customers and partners throughout the delivery process.
What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end project implementations, ideally within insurance or another regulated industry.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a project delivery, business implementation, or project management role.
- Experience onboarding partners and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.
- Strong project management expertise, with knowledge of Prince2 and/or Agile methodologies preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility across all levels of an organisation.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging with both internal and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining high standards of delivery.
- Experience within insurance partnerships, MGAs, or insurance implementation projects would be highly advantageous.

The compensation shown reflects a national market range and the proposed salary for this position is £63,353 to £74,533 with short-term incentive bonus eligibility of 10%.
