About Cover-More Europe
This role is part of our Cover-More Europe team.
Cover-More Europe provides insurance solutions through a number of different customer-facing brands across travel, car hire, specialty, and pet sectors in the United Kingdom, Ireland and the rest of Europe.

What you’ll do
- You’ll define and execute the EMEA TPRM and Business Resilience strategy.
- You’ll lead a team responsible for third-party governance and governance operations.
- You’ll drive a data-led approach to third-party risk management, oversight and reporting.
- You’ll act as the custodian of critical third-party and outsourcing inventories.
- You’ll oversee end-to-end third-party lifecycle management, including due diligence, onboarding, governance, performance monitoring and offboarding.
- You’ll lead business continuity, crisis management and disaster recovery frameworks across EMEA.
- You’ll ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FCA, CBI, EBA guidance and emerging regulations such as DORA.
Third Party Risk Management
- You’ll lead the evolution of Zurich Cover-More's third-party risk management framework.
- You’ll manage the aggregated third-party risk profile and concentration risk exposure.
- You’ll chair the Third-Party Working Group and driving effective governance.
- You’ll ensure robust due diligence, risk assessments and ongoing monitoring of critical suppliers and outsourcing arrangements.
- You’ll embed risk and resilience requirements into procurement and RFP processes.
- You’ll maintain audit-ready documentation and evidence.
- You’ll drive continuous improvement through data, reporting, benchmarking and stakeholder engagement
Business Resilience
- You’ll be responsible for owning and enhancing Business Continuity Plans (BCP), Crisis Management Plans (CMP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
- You’ll lead business impact assessments (BIAs) and operational resilience activities.
- You’ll identify important business services and supporting impact tolerance frameworks.
- You’ll coordinate resilience testing, scenario exercises and crisis simulations.
- You’ll strengthen crisis management and incident response capabilities.
- You’ll ensure lessons learned are embedded into operational improvement plans.
- You’ll deliver resilience reporting and management information to senior stakeholders.
What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey
- You’ll have significant experience in Third-Party Risk Management, outsourcing governance and/or operational resilience within a regulated financial services environment.
- You’ll have deep understanding of outsourcing and third-party regulatory expectations, including FCA, CBI, EBA and DORA requirements.
- You’ll have experience leading business continuity, operational resilience and crisis management programmes.
- You’ll have proven success managing critical third-party relationships and complex governance frameworks.
- You’ll have strong knowledge of risk, compliance, information security and data privacy considerations.
- You’ll have experience using governance, risk and resilience platforms such as Fusion or similar tools.
- You’ll have exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior executives, regulators and group functions.
- You’ll have demonstrated people leadership experience, with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
- You’ll have the ability to translate technical risk and resilience concepts into practical business decisions.
- You’ll have a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset and a commitment to delivering positive customer outcome.

At Zurich Cover-More, compensation for roles is influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
We are committed to providing a fair and reasonable compensation range for each role and additional rewards may include short-term incentive bonuses and increases based on merit.
