The Role

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client who operate across the UK. They are currently looking for a seasoned Registered Home Manager to join the team based around the Liverpool area. This is a great opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to join a medium to large sized care home providing nursing, residential and dementia care to elderly residents. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to residents whilst maintaining strong governance and compliance standards in line with CQC regulations. A key focus of this role will be centred around leading and developing the staffing team, creating a positive and supportive culture where both residents and staff can thrive. This position would suit a hands-on and visible leader, someone keen to lead from the front.

Candidate

Are you an experienced Registered Manager within elderly nursing care? Do you have a strong background in managing successful services whilst maintaining high standards of quality and compliance? To be considered for the role, you will be able to demonstrate a successful track record within elderly nursing home management, alongside examples of developing teams and improving operational performance. You will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate staff and create a positive working environment.

The role is commutable from: Liverpool, Formby, Southport, Chorley, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale, Wigan, Leigh, Warrington, St Helens, Prescot, Widnes and Chester.
