Project Manager – Shop Fitting, Retail Fit-Out & Serviced-Office Refurbishment £55,000 – £70,000 | North London Our client is a client satisfaction focused shop fitting, retail fit-out and office-refurbishment partner for mid to high end brands. They are looking for a Project Manager to join the team to support their growth. The willingness to work from the North London office is important during peak phases, as is the willingness to travel to sites when necessary. Why you’ll love this role * Deliver multi-site shop fitting or serviced-office refurb schemes, transforming space to realise and deliver the client vison \'on brand\' . * Own the full lifecycle—kick-off meetings, RAMS, programme, H&S and hand-over—while championing a “leave it with us” culture. * Lead all functions (including Site Managers, Trades Team and Contractors) with clear calm communication and creative problem-solving. * Working within a family feel driven team that are client centric and committed to delivering the end project at the highest standard and within timesacale. Your impact day-to-day * Plan, resource and oversee multiple fit-outs to budget, programme and specification. * Use your existing Project Manager experience to ensure complete customer satisfaction * Produce RAMS, permits, schedules, snag lists and assist with O&M handover manuals; ensure Health & Safety compliance at every stage . * Manage subcontractor quality, cost control and relationships; continually scan projects to pre-empt risks and “nudge” jobs back on track . * Nurture client construction-manager relationships and feed lessons learned into new systems and business-development wins . What you’ll bring * Proven Project Manager experience (or Senior Site/Contracts) in shop fitting, retail fit-out or office refurbishment. * Track record of maximising small spaces and meeting tight deadlines. * Knowledge of CDM regs, RAMS and wider H&S documentation. * Friendly, adaptable communicator—equally at ease with stakeholders, landlords and on-site trades teams.
