Responsible for first‑line interaction with team members and guests while ensuring the office operates smoothly, supports agent technology adoption, maintains facilities and supplies, and provides marketing assistance. This is a part‑time role (~25 hrs per week), full‑time 100% in‑office at Plymouth, MA.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the office: welcoming guests, managing mail, facilitating event setup, and coordinating first‑line office support.
- Maintain a clean, organized office environment and manage supply inventory.
- Support agent adoption of Compass technology, providing one‑to‑one support and basic tech troubleshooting (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence, conference‑room hardware).
- Assist with marketing requests: answer questions, create collateral from templates, and consult marketing specialists for complex requests.
- Collaborate with teammates and departments to champion agent feedback and questions.
- Provide ad‑hoc administrative assistance: sales meeting prep, data entry, office‑wide communications.
- Promote a positive culture and community within the office.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
- Experience in real estate is a plus.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
- Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
- Empathy, strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high organization.
- Availability to work during standard operating hours at the office.
- Capability to lift up to 25 lb.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay $22.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience. May include bonuses, restricted stock units, and a full benefits package (vacation, holidays, sick time, parental leave, 401(k), health plan, FSAs, commuter program, life and disability insurance, employee assistance, pet insurance, etc.).
