You will be a strong leader who can build credibility with staff and create a culture of support. You will be confident in building relationships with stakeholders and commissioners, a firm presence across the community and able to build upon occupancy from these connections. A commercial acumen is imperative in order to run the business successfully and full support will be provided to help with this.
