Join Our Team as an Administrator – Make a Positive Impact! This is more than admin. This is your chance to be part of a team that is transforming how children and young people in Central and West Lancashire get mental health support.

As our Administrator, you will sit at the heart of a fast moving, purpose driven team working across schools and communities. Based in our Leyland service, you will help keep everything running smoothly. That includes coordinating daily operations, managing digital and paper records, supporting performance reporting, and helping our teams stay connected and well equipped.

You will be a key player in shaping how we work behind the scenes, helping to build and maintain systems that are smart, efficient and focused on what matters. You will also support friendly communication with schools, families and local partners, becoming a trusted point of contact within the service.

This is a role where your skills will have a direct impact every day. You will be part of a team that truly cares, doing work that is meaningful, valued and full of purpose. Be a part of building brighter futures!

About You

You are someone who brings order to chaos, calm to busy days and kindness to every interaction. You understand that great admin is more than keeping things tidy – it is the backbone of a service that supports young people when they need it most. You care about getting things right, and you take pride in work that supports others to thrive.

You will bring:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Experience working in a busy office or customer service environment
  • Excellent IT skills, including confidence with spreadsheets and databases
  • Strong organisation and time management, even when priorities shift
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in everything you do
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle competing demands
  • Warm, clear and professional communication skills
  • Confidence working independently while also being a great team player
  • A positive, flexible mindset and a commitment to problem solving
  • A willingness to travel locally and support team delivery wherever needed

You might also bring experience with data reporting, social media, or using digital tools in a service setting. But more than anything, we are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable and motivated by purpose – someone who wants to work in a team where your contribution matters and your values guide your work.

If you are ready to bring your admin skills into a role that supports real change for children and families, this is your opportunity. Be part of a team that cares.
