Commercial HVAC & Gas Engineer (Trainees considered) Opportunity to train for your commercial ACS qualiifications after completing a successful probabtion Salary: ÂŁ38,000 – ÂŁ48,000 + OT / on-call / company van Location: London and Surrounding About our client: Our client is an established company that provides maintenance services across commercial premises. These include offices, hospitals and mixed-use commercial buildings. Thanks to winning new service contracts they need a mobile Commercial HVAC & Gas Engineer to join the team. Role overview – what you’ll do As a Commercial HVAC & Gas Engineer, you’ll deliver planned and reactive maintenance on: * HVAC systems – split & VRF A/C, AHUs, chillers, air-handling and ventilation units, FCUs etc * Plant-room equipment – pumps, valves, calorifiers and pressurisation sets * Gas-fired appliances up to 70 kW and domestic boilers/water heaters (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 etc.) * Safety checks, fault-finding * Accurate job reporting via tablet What we’re looking for * Domestic ACS Gas (minimum CCN1 + appliances) – preferable, although they may consider plumbing and develop you! * F-Gas certification – preferable * 2 + years in a mechanical/HVAC/gas service role within commercial plant rooms – preferable not essential * Full UK driving licence & right to work Progression: After a successful 6-month probation, you can choose to have your Commercial ACS modules (COCN1, TPCP1/1A, CODNCO1) fully funded—fast-tracking you into commercial gas engineering if that’s your preferred career path.
