Are you a Fire Risk Assessor with a minimum of 3 years experience in the sector and relevant accredited qualifications? We have an exciting opportunity for you!
The Role:
- Meeting and liaising with the responsible person on site to gain access to properties.
- Completing fire risk assessments of various premises including industrial/factory settings, blocks of flats, office spaces, and other commercial premises.
- Accurately recording all on-site findings, capturing photos, and unique details on each project.
- Producing reports documenting all the findings with recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum level 3 qualifications with level 4 desirable.
- Requirement for qualification to do Type 1-4 fire risk assessments, Fire Strategies & Fire Evacuation Plans.
Desirable Skills:
- Listed on Fire Risk Assessor Register.
- Experience with fire resisting door inspections (or willing to train in this area).
- Fire Compartmentation experience.
- Qualifications in fire safety training to teach courses e.g. fire marshal or first aid.
Salary & Benefits:
- £43,000.00 - £52,000.00 per year basic (depending on experience).
- Includes van, tools, mobile phone, etc.
Location:
You must live in Northamptonshire or a surrounding area e.g. Leicester. The role will primarily be based around NN & LE postcodes.
