- Develop marketing strategies and recommendations that cut through the noise and allow agents to maximize their budget effectiveness against tactics that grow their business and achieve their goals; this includes branding, print advertising, digital, social, direct mail, video, paid media, etc.
- Serve as a subject matter expert with a deep understanding of market performance, client needs, Compass tools, and regional dynamics.
- Build strong, empathetic relationships with agents and stakeholders through clear communication, proactive updates, and confident handling of objections.
- Ensure all marketing and design materials follow Compass brand guidelines while seamlessly integrating agent-specific branding.

- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing meaningful support, personalized recognition, and proactive marketing guidance that “surprises and delights” clients.
- Act as a culture carrier who inspires and empowers teammates through a positive, solutions-oriented mindset and a willingness to champion change.
What We Are Looking For:
- 2-5 years of marketing experience.
- Skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills, possessing the ability to clearly articulate and educate on marketing concepts in various settings (1:1 or public speaking) while building relationships.
- Possess a deep understanding of marketing strategy and planning with the ability to identify the right tactics across a multitude of marketing channels.
- Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership over your own accounts while working collaboratively in a team environment to drive best practices.
