Compass is seeking a Supervising Practitioner to lead a team delivering early intervention mental health support in schools.

You will provide clinical supervision, model CBT-informed practice, and help embed whole-school approaches to wellbeing.

You will work with EMHPs and trainees, manage a small caseload, build strong relationships with schools and partners, and ensure staff feel supported, skilled and safe.
