We’re looking for a Clinical Lead to provide expert leadership within our Public Health Nursing Service in Tower Hamlets . In this role, you’ll oversee the implementation and delivery of high-quality public health programmes (Healthy Child Programme, sexual health, substance misuse etc) and interventions, ensuring children and young people receive the care, guidance, and support they need to thrive . About You You are an experienced healthcare professional , ready to take on a role that makes a real impact. You thrive in a dynamic environment , where you can influence change, support teams, and drive high-quality service delivery . To be successful in this role, you’ll need: A Registered Nurse qualification with a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) qualification. At least three years’ experience working in a community health setting with children, young people, and families. Proven leadership and management experience , with the ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve the best outcomes. A strong background in safeguarding and child protection , ensuring high standards of care and compliance with relevant legislation. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills , to engage with partner agencies and multidisciplinary teams. A proactive, values led & solution-focused mindset , with the ability to lead on service improvements and adapt to changing needs. Experience using data analysis to inform strategic decision-making and drive meaningful change. The ability to travel across Tower Hamlets to provide leadership and support across different service locations. A management or leadership qualification , along with experience in project leadership & service user engagement, would be an advantage but is not essential.
