An rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Clinic Manager to oversee a premium aesthetics and laser clinic. This position offers the chance to take ownership of a growing, high-end clinic while playing an integral role in its ongoing development and success. The clinic provides a 5-star, appointment-only experience, prioritising quality over volume, and has an established and loyal client base. The successful candidate will move into a leadership position with a high degree of autonomy, supported by a comprehensive handover and training process.

This role would suit someone ready to progress their career and essentially manage their own clinic, while benefiting from the support of a well-established and expanding business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic
  • Provide a variety of aesthetic and/or permanent makeup treatments
  • Lead and support a small team of 1–2 part-time staff members
  • Carry out client consultations and offer professional treatment recommendations
  • Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Increase revenue through exceptional client care and tailored treatment advice
  • Oversee stock management, supplies, and general clinic administration
  • Assist with marketing and social media activity (preferred)

The clinic specialises in four key service areas:

  • Aesthetics (injectables and skin treatments)
  • Permanent Makeup (PMU)
  • Laser treatments
  • Beauty and wellness treatments
Candidate RequirementsEssential
  • Confident working closely with clients and developing strong relationships
  • Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a client-facing role within the aesthetics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to support clinic growth
Desirable
  • Experience within aesthetics and permanent makeup, particularly injectables, polynucleotides, microblading, ombre/powder brows, and lip blush (highly desirable)
  • Experience with laser treatments (IPL/SHR advantageous)
  • Experience providing beauty treatments including brow shaping, lamination, tinting, lash lifts and tints, waxing, and massages
  • Previous management or leadership experience
  • Experience with social media or marketing
