About Travel Guard: This role is part of our Travel Guard team. Travel Guard is a leading travel insurance brand, serving millions of leisure and business travellers worldwide. Established in 1982, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of travel insurance solutions and global assistance services. Travel Guard operates service centres across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring 24/7 support to help travellers navigate unexpected circumstances that may disrupt their plans.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assess and manage travel insurance claims from start to finish
- Review policy terms to determine claim validity and make fair, informed decisions
- Authorise payments within agreed limits and ensure accurate claim records
- Communicate clearly with policyholders, clients, and third parties (including medical providers)
- Identify potential fraud risks and escalate where appropriate
- Handle customer queries, including complaints, in a professional and timely manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across claims, assistance, and customer service teams
- Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SLAs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience
What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:
