About Travel Guard: This role is part of our Travel Guard team. Travel Guard is a leading travel insurance brand, serving millions of leisure and business travellers worldwide. Established in 1982, we offer a comprehensive portfolio of travel insurance solutions and global assistance services. Travel Guard operates service centres across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring 24/7 support to help travellers navigate unexpected circumstances that may disrupt their plans.
What you’ll be doing:
- In this customer facing role, you will be the first point of contact when customers report an insurance claim.
- The role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and correspondence from policyholders, gathering accurate information about their claim, and logging it into internal systems while ensuring compliance with regulations such as FCA and GDPR.
In this role you will:
- Be the first point of contact from customers reporting travel related losses (e.g. cancellations, delays lost luggage).
- Gather and document accurate information to initiate the claims process.
- Provide clear guidance on the next steps in the claims journey.
- Enter data into our internal systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Escalate urgent or complex issues to senior team members.

- Fluency in French and English (both verbally and written).
