As a Volunteer Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs), ensuring that young people receive the right help, at the right time, in the right place. You’ll provide essential administrative support to our dedicated practitioners, helping to manage referrals, treatment lists, and key business functions. From taking phone calls to assisting with service development, your contribution will directly enhance the impact of our mental health and wellbeing services.

About You
You’re a motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a busy office or customer service environment. With a keen ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our services. We’re looking for someone who:
- Is highly organised, with good administration and IT skills
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable handling digital tasks
- Has a keen eye for detail and works with accuracy and efficiency
- Can prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintains professionalism and discretion, particularly when handling sensitive and confidential information
