As an Agent Experience Coordinator, you are the first person our customers see when they walk into one of our Compass offices. You will oversee the management of the office to ensure everything is running smoothly and that our office standards are maintained. You will support our customers with understanding Compass, supporting our tools and programs, assisting with marketing requests, and more. You are passionate about delivering a world-class experience and partnering with the agent experience team.
Note: This role is 100% in-office in Barrington, RI, and is 30 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests, managing mail, setting up in-office events, supporting office needs, maintaining office appearance, managing supplies, and escalating facilities issues.
- Supporting adoption of Compass technology and services through 1:1 support.
- Providing basic marketing support and liaising with marketing specialists for complex requests.
- Collaborating with team members and departments to address questions and feedback.
- Troubleshooting issues related to technology, conference hardware, and enterprise systems.
- Providing administrative assistance like data entry and office communications.
- Fostering a positive culture by inspiring and empowering colleagues.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations.
- Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence) is a plus.
- Excellent listening, empathy, and communication skills.
- Ability to promote community and engagement in-office.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to work in-office during standard hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
Compensation:
Hourly pay ranges from $21.00 to $23.32, with potential bonuses and stock options. Benefits include health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
