Compass is seeking a Supervising Practitioner to guide a Mental Health Support Team in schools, delivering evidence-based interventions and promoting whole school wellbeing.
You will oversee a small caseload, provide clinical supervision, and shape the practice culture to support EMHPs and trainees.
You’ll work with schools, Team Leaders and the Compass team to drive quality, consistency and innovation, shaping group interventions and staff training.
