Insights Manager - Jockey Club Experiences, London, Liverpool or Birmingham | Full-Time / Permanent

This position will be supporting E15 Insights, part of Levy UK & Ireland, a division of Compass Group. E15 Insights uses data, analytics, and deep insights to drive business strategy, innovation, and decision-making. Areas of impact will range across E15 Insights remit in sports stadia and facilities, arenas, theatres, and other venues.
The role will be ultimately responsible for delivering the insights solutions and insights delivery as part of Jockey Club Experiences, covering catering, C&E, hospitality and premium sales. The successful candidate will be a key business partner to decision makers across Jockey Club Experiences, using the data tools that they build using our cutting-edge technologies.
Insights Manager - The Role
- Deliver a holistic package of data and insights to decision makers at selected venues that covers strategic and tactical decisions around pricing, operations, commercials, sustainability, guest experience, and technology.
- Develop action plans alongside operations to maximise revenue and margin, exploring the potential impact of changes, and informing ROI models to ensure the right decision is made.
- Support ongoing review of performance and deliver analytics that answer the 'so-what' question.
- Provide insights and data tools to inform sustainable business practices, guiding decision-makers on the right sustainable options and what their impact might be.
- Deliver data support around guest experience including ideal data collection methodologies before then using the data to inform decisions around changes to the venue to deliver a great service for our guests.
- Work with the BUILT team to identify opportunities for technology and innovation to improve performance including solution ideation, implementation support and post-implementation monitoring.
- Inform and deliver client reporting packs including financial performance, operational statistics, and value-add analytics to maximise the value delivered for our client partners.
- Design and develop the right data ingestion and data cleansing processes to inform and drive insights reporting tools for both external and internal users.
- Own the end-to-end process that generates automated reporting, scheduled reports and intra-company data transfers to enable reporting.
- Inform and take part in internal client review meetings and processes, supporting the operations, finance and HR teams to deliver learnings and improvement.
- Use data and analytics to inform decision making around venue master plans and enhancements.
