As our Reception & Meetings Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind a polished, welcoming and efficient reception service, supporting your team, coordinating daily operations and ensuring every visitor receives a standout first impression.

Type of contract: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, with a shift rota basis)

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead the reception team to deliver a warm, professional and consistent service.
  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations ensuring smooth workflows and high standards.
  • Support, coach and motivate colleagues to achieve service excellence.
  • Manage enquiries and escalations resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain seamless workplace operations.
  • Ensure compliance and presentation standards are met across the reception area.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms seamlessly across daily bookings and events, ensuring every setup is completed accurately and on time.
